Every detail was ideal, we had no problems with staff and location, quiet and bright hotel. The property was located in an unbeatable place, close to a motorway. Furthermore, the area was good. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Opted for a double room with a sofa bed and comfy duvet, enjoyed excellent breakfast options, and encountered incredibly accommodating staff members throughout the establishment from the front desk to the chambermaids.

Food in the resterant was uneatable sent 2 courses back! Rooms were dated in need of decorating..

just doing refurnishment which was improving the hotel but the smells were a bit unpleasent but we were notified so that was good.the food was good but the set meal changed and you got less choice and a price increase which was not good so i think need reviewing

Requeted eErly check in it was not available and no alternative room for changing was offered apart from disabled toilet. I had explained we needed this as it was my daughters graduation

Lack of information ,about how the parking system worked and where to go for breakfast etc..Perhaps more leaflets shoul be made available with this sort of info in the rooms.
